2. Description of Service

Jobtacus is an AI-powered resume optimization platform that helps job seekers tailor their resumes and cover letters to specific job descriptions. Our service uses artificial intelligence to analyze and optimize your resume content.

3. User Accounts

• You must sign in using a valid Google account to use our services.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use Jobtacus.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Upload content that is false, misleading, or fraudulent.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Use automated tools or bots to abuse our API or services.
• Resell or redistribute our services without written permission.
• Upload malicious files or content that could harm our systems.

5. Subscription and Payments

• Free Plan: Includes 3 AI resume analyses per month at no cost.
• Pro Plan: Paid subscription with unlimited analyses and additional features.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
• All subscription fees are non-refundable. When you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your Profile page by clicking 'Manage Subscription'. Upon cancellation, your Pro access will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time. All payments are final and non-refundable.

7. AI-Generated Content

Jobtacus uses AI to optimize your resume content. While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated content may not always be perfect. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before submitting it to employers. Jobtacus is not liable for any inaccuracies in AI-generated content.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your resume and any content you upload to Jobtacus. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing our services. The Jobtacus platform, branding, and technology remain the intellectual property of Jobtacus.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Jobtacus is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will result in job interviews or employment. Use of our service is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jobtacus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunities or career outcomes.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through our platform. Continued use of Jobtacus after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
